Summer Review in Pictures

We started the summer off by our big move into our new home.  The girls loved all the boxes that went along with the move.  London orchestrated this picture above.  The best is her wings and goggles.
Roger Federer won his 7th Wimbledon Championship.  I pretty much love him!
Miss Maddie sporting piggy tails at 10 months.
We took lots of naps this summer.
The girls love to dress up Madison.
London and I went to the Provo Library to see my good friend and BYU roommate Lindsey Leavitt as she introduced her new book "Farewell to Charms" which is part of her Princess for Hire series.  It was so fun to see Lindsey and her successes as an author.
Grandma Carrie got the girls this little swimming pool which provided hours of entertainment.
Curious Madison emptied a few cupboards over the summer.  Time for child locks!

We went to the splash pad several times.  This time was when Steve's sister Julie was in town with her cute little girls.  Madison loved the water and usually got the most wet of everyone.
 London, Bridget, and Whitney

Baths for the girls after the splash pad.  This is the tub in our master bathroom.  The girls beg to have their baths in there because it is so huge.  Sadly they use the tub more than anyone else.
Madison at 11 months has learned how to walk and climb and balance very well.  Here she is proud of herself for conquering the dishwasher.

We had a busy but also relaxing summer.  It's been a lot of work to unpack and find places for all our things.  We still have a ways to go, but we are settling in well.  We love the new area and ward and are having fun making new friends.  We enjoyed a lot of family time, running time, and outdoor adventures.  Next up: school starting for the girls.

Madison has SO much hair! Kathryn (1 year on September 25th!) barely has any in comparison! :) Looks like you all had a fun, busy summer.

Love all those fun summer pictures! Glad you're loving your new house. (We don't use our own master bathroom tub very much, either :)
