We moved into the best ward! There is a girl down the street who puts on week long dance camps a couple times during the summer. She has done this for years. Sadly she just graduated from high school and is heading off to college, but we were so happy to have London participate in her classes this summer. She had so much fun, and it was a great way for her to meet other girls in our neighborhood/ward. And it was right down the street so London would scooter on down and back. And it was $10. They practiced for an hour Monday through Friday, then after practice Friday they held a recital. So cute! This time they learned a dance and the lyrics to "I Just Can't Wait to Be King" from the Lion King.
I have a recording of the performance on my phone which London watches several times daily. She also performs it live through out the day. And we usually sing the song a few dozen times a day because it is just so catchy. I love that London loves to sing and dance and that she is brave to perform in front of people. She is a little doll.
