Brooklyn's class went fishing for their last field trip of the year. She enjoyed it for a little while...not long enough to catch a fish though. She had some really great field trips this year.
They held field day inside because it was super rainy and cold the last week of school. I think my picture taking distracted Brooklyn, as her teachers say she performs better when I'm not there bugging her. She did pretty well though. They threw balls, tossed bean bags into hoops, did the parachute, and some soccer ball kicking.
London joined in on the fun too.
They ended field day with a tug-of-war with the other "life skills" class and then otter pops. We were able to join Brooklyn with a lot of her school activities this year which has been so fun for our family. The kids in her class are sweet and wonderful. One little boy loved Madison and wouldn't leave her side each time he saw her. Brooklyn's teachers are so great. They are patient, and kind, and they know their stuff. Brooklyn had a great year and will go back to the same class again next year for second grade.
