BAM-X Duathlon

Last month Steve participated in his first duathlon, the BAM-X Duathlon. 5k trail run, 8 mile mountain bike, 5k trail run. Here he is on the first 5k. Looking good, eh?

I love this shot of him with the great scenery in the background. The race took place at Soldier Hollow, a beautiful place with a challenging course.


The second 5k. This was the first time he has done a race like this and he loved it. He said he was totally wasted but had a great time. Finished 18th overall with a time of 1:55:48.0
