These girls love to snuggle with their daddy.
Every fall we rake, and rake, and rake...
London's double date with dad and grandpa to Chuck a Rama. This was her reward for singing a solo in the primary program.
We went to the tree lighting at the Outlets.
Brooklyn and London modeling the cute dresses cousin Grace passed down to them.
Steve and I were able to get away for a fun weekend in Seattle. He went up on business, then I joined him when the business was complete. My wonderful mom flew up to watch our girls while we went and played. Thanks mom, you're the best! It means so much to us to have her willing to help us out to make things like this possible.
Our good friend Geneva, who is from the Seattle area, recommended this cool little restaurant Serious Pie to try. We enjoyed delicious pizza and homemade grape soda.
Famous Pike Place Market
Fish and Chips for Steve. Fish tacos for me at the market.
We ate at Din Tai Fung that night. Steve eats here in Taiwan and was so excited to take me there in Seattle. There are only two Din Tai Fung locations in the U.S. Here and Los Angeles. It was amazingly good food. Steve is a pro with his chop sticks from all his Asia trips. Me, not so much...
The next day we saw the sun.
Space Needle
Looking out over the Puget Sound.
Took a selfie while eating pizza at the market again. Seriously we ate, and ate, and ate. We ate so well, and it was so fun!
We met up with our dear friends Ben and Anna Conner at the Cheesecake Factory for another delicious dinner. It was so fun to catch up with them. We stayed in the restaurant another 2 hours visiting after we finished our meal.
We finished our trip eating Ivars in the airport before we headed home. It was a great trip, and a much needed break for us. It was fun to go home to our crazy ladies.
We made our traditional turkey's the Monday night before Thanksgiving.
This happened the night before Thanksgiving. It was a little scary there for a few minutes as our oven was on fire.
My parents and two brothers, Matt and Mike joined us for Thanksgiving at Chuck a Rama. I had to wait in line for an hour, but this is the way to do Thanksgiving. No baking, and no cleaning up. Yes please! We had a great visit with my family. So thankful for them!
